Levels of Historical Reality

January 9, 2024. Trump and lawyers after Immunity claim hearing. An individual, in essence empty, but able and willing to say and spout anything – even if he contradicts himself from an hour before – has still serious national and international attention, aside from the those who are of a mentality such as to not (have) notice(d) the obvious, and to continue to support him.
Is this the level on which “History” happens? Trump, on any serious intellectual level, is in reality unworthy of the attention of other than gossips and tabloids. And yet, this is the level on which “history” in America, and still in someways in the world, is happening.
As I have said, for decades: homo insapiens*. And as can be seen: History en masse of a foolish creature.

“Evangelical Christians”?
That which passes for “evangelical Christian” is in deeper realities bad news for Christianity… more cacoangelicals.
In such contexts “evangelical” is more realistically treated as a political ideology than a religious moral belief system.
