Provincials rarely know it.

Ignorance of history in American society is so popular almost no one notices.

Those who thought, or pretend, that Zelensky was treated “as he deserved” in the Oval Office by Trump and Vance,, are those who have helped ruin – in their ignorances and/or prejudices – America’s reputation and position in the world.
As of this past week, “the former ‘leader of the free world’”.

Deep down most people are not.

Little in appearances has in fact changed, and yet the relation of the entire world to the USA is profoundly different now after just a few days.

Not even – hard to believe – a week has passed since the “disaster” in the oval office between Trump, Vance, and Zelensky. Since then, America, with Trump withholding military, and intelligence from Ukraine, has lost its credibility and reliability to the world. That will not be regained. A new period of history has begun.

So very few people in public have any gravitas to base themselves upon.

Very few people deep down are serious.

Conversations?: Talking with those one knows are unable to understand what one might talk about, or oneself.

Presence makes the heart go blander.
