The demi/conscious physical naturalism of American life, combined with the assumption of its immanential meaning (with “God”, religion and higher meaning for Sundays and postmortem reckonings), and the inbounded sense of 7-dat time, presents the necessity for he or she who would, if only from time to time, live a higher life here and now to seek escape into a sky time of meaning in daily life. 

Reading some journal notes by Henry David Thoreau related to music, brings to clarity that after deep and enough age and experience of life and world, even the great are rather examples than exemplars. For (so-called) “individuals”, better singularities, must be their own way.

In a seventh decade, it seems that depths are seldom brought by life, rather they must be sought, or wrought.

When Donald Trump’s talk to the rally in Asheville, North Carolina is reviewed it will have been actually a content of nothing. For nothing that he said, has any substance in his own life, in his ideas, in his words, or actually in the attendees. The entire talk was an empty blithering of words.

Those ignorant of history are condemned to be its repetitions. 

Those too foolish to know it.

Observations: group relations. Not the beautiful people. Overweight. Questionably dressed. Nationalism sentimentalize. God and country.

A woman with thick duble chin says we are on the light side and they are on the light. Another adds that we are on the rec side of righteousness, and they are on the side of the unrighteous. 

Without the group they would not yell. Without the group they would barely speak.

A man yell how those who are holding anti-Trump signs are “Pagans!”

Spoken to as individuals they would be friendly and helpful. But as a group…

Are we to seek and find the realities of History in the lives and influences of such low solipsists as these?
